Our server can be pretty busy at times, especially during the release
of a new product. If you get errors indicating that the URL or file
can't be found, etc. please try again later.
Netscape
sometimes reports that the file "is not found" when it is
actually just timing out while trying to access the FTP server. The
files are in fact there, but Netscape cannot get to them when the
server is too busy. You may want to try the download again later, or
hit the "reload" button until it is able to connect.
Microsoft Internet
Explorer
reports "access to server is denied" when the server is too
busy. This indicates that anonymous access to the server is currently
full and that you may need to try again later.
